SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time:  Processing time will vary according to the type of product you order.  For our Ready to Ship items (nearly all of our products except for most apparel), handling time is typically 1-2 business days.  For Made to Order items (most tees & totes) handling time is typically 4-8 business days. 

Shipping time:  Shipping time can vary and is not guaranteed. Absent extenuating circumstances, most shipments will arrive within 2-5 business days for US customers.  

Shipping methods & costs:  We offer USPS First Class, USPS Priority, and USPS Priority Mail Express shipping for US customers.  Shipping fees for your order will be calculated based on the shipping method you select.  We offer free shipping and free local pick-up in the Jackson, Mississippi metro area. We will contact you when your order is ready and has been shipped or is ready for local pick-up.  Your shipping confirmation will include your order's tracking information (if available). 

Currently, we are not accepting international orders. We will not ship to any address outside the United States.

Custom tees:  Since custom products need to first be ordered and printed, these products will take a little longer to arrive.  Please allow an extra 2-4 business days for the production of your custom products.
